Fascinating! Thanks for the tips. Maybe a volunteer can help publish The Hedonistic Imperative, since most of the remaining work is "grunt work".

So here we are:

https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/514875 (both PDF, epub, mobi and even txt)

http://www.inktera.com/store/title/a6f3 ... 9359da67d1

https://www.scribd.com/book/254033870/T ... Imperative (fancy graphics on this one -- I like it!)

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SW3PKHA/

https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/id962563217

The amazon version is not free yet, so I encourage people to do the trick mentioned above:
MVinding wrote:In fact, you guys might be able to help make it free there. One only has to click on "tell us about a lower price" on the amazon page, and then insert a link to another page where it is free, and then write the price "0". That could be a huge help. I give some links below in case you would want to help -- any altruists out there? It only takes a few seconds.

This is amazing! Thank you for doing that. :) I notified Amazon of a lower price with the inktera.com link.
